After the piston ring is loaded into the ring groove, it should be rotated to avoid stagnation. When installing the piston ring, the piston ring mounting pliers should be used. Be careful not to hold the opening of the ring too large, as long as the piston can be installed. If there is no special mounting pliers, it can be installed by hand. However, it is more laborious to install it by hand, which is easy to hurt fingers and scratch the piston; If the piston ring is broken by hand, the size of the opening is not easy to control. If the opening is too large, the piston ring will be broken. Even if the piston ring is not broken, it will be damaged and there is a danger of breakage. The opening of the installed piston ring should avoid the vertical direction of the piston pin hole and the piston pin hole, and the positions of the opening of each ring should be staggered by 120. The third ring is a spiral spring oil ring or a steel sheet combination oil ring. During installation, the interface of the Spiral Spring is disassembled and placed in the fourth piston ring groove, the interface is connected with steel wires, and the oil ring body is installed in the ring groove, the opening of the oil ring must be on the opposite side of the Spring Joint. The sequence of assembling piston rings and matters needing attention: 1. Thoroughly clean the piston ring groove 2. The sequence of assembling piston rings from top to bottom: the first ring, the second ring and the oil ring. Note: a. Prevent piston and piston ring from being damaged during installation; B. When installing, there is a mark facing up. C, after installation, the piston ring should be able to rotate freely. D, the positions of the top ring and the second ring cannot be reversed. 3. Separate the piston ring openings by 120 degrees and do not coincide. 4. When installing the oil ring, the partition ring should be installed first, and then the side rail should be installed.
