Guangzhou Hearten auto parts co., Ltd.(formerly the South China Piston Ring Co.,Ltd.), is a leading enterprise which uses modern technology to product piston rings for automobiles, motorcycles, general machinery and so on.

History

●1992 The company found as stated-owned enterprise. Former name was South China Piston RingCo.,Ltd，was one of the earliest companies produce steel piston ring in China.

●2009 The company restructured,became a private enterprise.Offically changed name as Guangzhou Hearten auto parts co.,Ltd

●2010 Expanded piston rings production lines for passenger cars，heavy truck，and construction machinery and other diesel-engines

●2011 Factory workshop passed SGS inspection，assisted customer to get IN METRO Quality Certification.(for exproting Brazil use)

●2013 Annual output exceeded 15 million units ( motorcycle 66%, passenger car 20%，other dieselengines 14%)

●2018 Awarded as Guangdong Provice HIGH-TECH Enterprise Obtained IS09001 quality management system certification

●2022 Annual output exceeded 20 million units， ( motorcycle 40%，passenger car 35%，other diesel engines 25%)

●2024 Will get IN METRO Brazil Quality Certification in August.

Company Culture

Since inception, the product quality has been continuously perfected, and the core techniques of the piston rings are nitrogen and chrome plating. These two key techniques of piston ring are on the one-up position in china.

The company was founded in 1992 and classified as one of the high-tech enterprises in Guangzhou City by the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It completed the structural reformation in 2009, and officially replaced its name into Guangzhou Hearten auto parts co., Ltd.

At the same time,we have been dedicated to research the applicable development of new technology and material of piston rings and leaded the use of a new type of wear-resisting material "DT" (national patent), alloy inlay technology(national patent), and porcelain permeated technology integrating with the capabilities of high tightness and thermal stability with the advantages of high vibration damping and low coefficient of friction.

After that the product becomes more durable and environmental. Those technologies are now in the international forefront

Our company owns piston rings production line up to the international level and some high-end equipments such as rub-resistant alloy forming mosaic equiment, equiment for porcelain permeated, and decration coating equipment.In addtion, we are equipped with large number of operators being rigorously trained.All those lay a solid foundation for product quality and new products development.
