The type of the engine and the use conditions are different, and the wear of the piston ring is also very different. Therefore, the problem cannot be solved by improving the structure and material of the piston ring itself, the piston ring can be maintained from the following aspects: 1. Structural State and surface treatment; 2. Heating during assembly and operation will cause deformation of cylinder liner and piston; 3. Materials and good matching of piston ring and cylinder liner; 4. Selection of lubricating oil and additives.
